1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions under which theSquash Yvon Mau Association (hereinafter "the Association") provides any natural person (hereinafter "the Member") with access to its services within the framework of an annual membership, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
Membership in the Association implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Member acknowledges having read them before paying their membership fee.
2. Contracting Parties

3. Membership Conditions
3.1 Access to services
Membership in the Association grants access to the following sports facilities:
- Access to the 3 squash courts 7 days a week, from 8am to 11pm
- Online booking of time slots
- Preferential rates on sports equipment from the Association's partners
- For the Youth packages: introduction to squash on Saturdays
3.2 Caution badge
A €15 deposit will be required when the court access badge is issued. This deposit will be refunded to the member upon return of the badge in good condition.
3.3 Duration of membership
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment confirmation. It includes the sports license issued by the French Squash Federation.
4. Membership fees
The prices applicable at the time of ordering are those displayed on the Association's website. They are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT not being applicable to non-profit associations).

The Association reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. The new rate schedules apply to memberships purchased after they are published online. Existing memberships are not affected.
5. Payment terms
5.1 Accepted payment methods
Membership fees are paid online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure payment platform integrated into the website. The charge is processed upon order confirmation.
5.2 Transaction Security
Transactions are secured by SSL/TLS protocol and protected by the 3D Secure, in accordance with the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2). The Association does not store any banking data.
5.3 Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email is sent to the Member at the address provided on the membership form within 24 hours of payment. This email serves as proof of membership and payment of dues.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Member has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of validation of his membership to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.
To exercise this right, the Member must notify their decision by email to contact@squash-yvon-mau.com or by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the Association's registered office address, before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Exception: In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the Member has used the sports facilities or services before the expiry of the 14-day period, since he has expressly waived his right of withdrawal by starting to use the service.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Association will refund the membership fee received within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method as that used for the transaction.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 After the withdrawal period
Apart from the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the annual membership fee is in principle neither refundable nor transferable, access to the facilities being available as soon as payment is validated.
7.3 Caution badge
The €15 deposit paid for the access badge is fully refunded to the Member upon return of the badge in good working order at the end of membership.
8. Member's Obligations
By joining the Association, the Member agrees to:
- Respect the internal regulations of the Association and the sports facilities
- Use the equipment and facilities with care and responsibility
- Report any incident or damage observed at the facilities
- Provide accurate information when registering and notify us of any changes
- Must hold a valid sports license (included in the membership fee)
- For minors: provide a signed parental authorization
9. Termination
The Association reserves the right to terminate a member's membership, without refund, in the event of a serious breach of the obligations set forth in the internal regulations, including but not limited to dangerous behavior, willful damage to facilities, or disrespect towards other members. Termination will be notified in writing to the member concerned, after being decided by the Association's Board.
10. Responsibility
The Association is committed to providing well-maintained sports facilities that comply with applicable safety standards. To this end, it takes out the necessary insurance policies for sporting activities.
Playing squash is a physical activity with inherent risks. Members acknowledge that they participate in this activity at their own risk. The Association cannot be held liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from an accident occurring during the sporting activity, except in cases of proven negligence on its part.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation, validity or performance, and failing an amicable settlement, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts in the district where the Association's registered office is located.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to the amicable settlement of disputes, the Member may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator via:
