Application for or renewal of membership

A medical certificate stating no contraindications to playing squash is no longer required for adults. For minors, parents only need to provide a statement confirming a negative response to the Minor Health Questionnaire.
Parents must complete the following questionnaire with their child: [ Minor Health Questionnaire link] .
If all answers are negative, please sign the statement and include it with your membership application; you only need to provide this document.
If any answer was positive, a medical certificate must be issued by your doctor.
Personal information to create your federal license at the level of the French Squash Federation as well as access to the booking page (Name, surname, address, date of birth, nationality, email address and telephone number)
This information will be shared only with the French Squash Federation for the purpose of creating your license and will only be accessible by the volunteers of the association in charge of memberships.
Payment of the membership fee. You will be able to pay it online via a link that we will provide once we have received all the necessary information.
